- When you give House of Olympia your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card for the purpose of ordering.
- Items are 100% brand new and in good condition.
- No payment will be taken from your card until the goods you have ordered are dispatched from our warehouse,
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid for that order.
- Delivery. Our standard delivery (2-3 days) is £7.99 for standard delivery, to most postcodes in the UK. See postcodes covered here.
- For your own safety we reserve the right to contact your card issuer for the purposes of carrying out security checks.
- Products displayed on our website are those currently available. House of Olympia products may be withdrawn from offer without notice.
- If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your exact order we will contact you to give you the option of substituting for another item.
- Import duty – If you order Products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, give us a call on +44 (0)845 094 4415 as soon as possible after you’ve ordered, and we’ll cancel it for you and credit you.
If you decide you don’t want to keep your CRONUS barber shop equipment just Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org OR call us on +44 (0)845 094 4415 within 14 days and we’ll sort it out for you. We can accept refunds within 14 days only if the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Our standard delivery service is within 3 working days* – please ensure that you are available to receive the parcel or have left us instructions on where we can leave it with a responsible signature. If you don’t want your goods to be delivered in this period, you can delay delivery at Checkout. * Working Days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
